aweful result mates! i think we should make either Ruud or Rooney as
captain for the chelski match. we should go back to playing 4-4-2 ...
Van Der Sar, Richardson, Silvestre, Ferdinand, O'Shea, Park, Scholes,
Smith, Ronaldo, Ruud, Rooney ... this should be the 11 to start against
the rent boys.

we get games like that every year, dating back to the days of Robbo
and Cantona so i am not surprised. it still wasn't bad compared to
the day when we lost to the barcodes 5-nil back in the 96-97 season.
Keano is a very influential skipper for United and not even Scholes
can come near to that. we will play good against the rent boys and i
am very confident that we can beat them. 1-nil would be a great
result although scoring 5 goals would be delightful. it might be
wishful thinking to some of you guys but i think it's doable.

But that is not the trophy that really matters to us (or have we grown fat with all success??). I'd still rather we win atleast the FA cup and finish 2nd in the league, that wouldnt be too bad then.

If it were me, I'd take O'Shea out and put Bardsley in. We've been crying out for 4-4-2 all the time, but if the players dont really play with passion and commitment, how do formations matter at all? We'll just get another stuffing. Granted, injuries have weakened our squad, and granted, the midfield is nowhere near what we've had in the past, but the least we expect the players to do is try. We dont even have a player who can inspire the others to perform (Robbo, Cantona, Keano?), so it'll take some really drastic measures by Saffy to whip the team into shape. Whether he is up to the task is a different matter.

MU often lost to Boro down the year because their manager knows MU tactis
inside-out...........what a bad performances by the players (most of
thems).......Edwin give a good performance from the start since the new
season but he'll having one of those games that he'll have a bad
times.....unfortunely it comes against Boro when our defenders also give
below par shows........we hope MU will rectify those problems a.s.a.p
because we 'll facing Lille away in midweek........we're desperate for
points to qualify in CL.......we lost Scholes but Rooney is back.....hope
Rio will discover his good form immediately.......3 points is a
MUST!!!!!!!!!!!

Well ,
I don't think BALLACK will be the right choice coz' he is an attacking striker and is not a holding midfielder like KEANE or MAKELELE.

and UTD need a holding midfielder .

ok guys suggest any more names.
